Fostering a culture of inclusivity and excellence, we are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Care Coordinator. As the first point of contact for residents and their families, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and person-centered care, ensuring that every individual feels valued and respected.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse with leadership experience to take on a new challenge and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents. You will work collaboratively with our clinical manager to ensure seamless delivery of care, motivate and develop your team members, and contribute to the ongoing development of our care services.

Based at our beautiful retirement village in Melbourne, you will have access to the latest technology and resources, including our purpose-built care app. Your nursing expertise and people skills will enable you to provide excellent quality care to all residents, coordinate and lead your team, complete accurate and timely documentation, and support your Clinical Manager.

We are offering a full-time role working Sunday to Thursday, 0700 to 1500 hours, which offers a great work-life balance and plenty of opportunities for professional growth and development.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

A strong background in nursing leadership, preferably in a residential care setting, effective communication and interpersonal skills, kindness and compassion, a drive to deliver high-quality care, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
