About the Role:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage and maintain service assets, including tools, test equipment, and tool containers. The successful candidate will develop and implement processes for tracking, maintaining, and repairing service assets to minimize downtime and ensure efficient service delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain service assets to ensure availability and functionality for field service specialists.
  • Develop and implement processes for tracking, maintaining, and repairing service assets.
  • Coordinate with field service specialists, project management team, and sales team to ensure timely availability and logistical arrangements of required tools and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of service assets, orders, and inventory.
  • Carry out order management for spares, consumables, and tools.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in service asset management and order management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable handling commercial-related topics.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
