About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Administration Assistant to join our dedicated Philip Kennedy Centre Health and Wellness Team.

As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for maintaining a busy front reception, developing client relations, managing bookings and Allied Health clinician schedules, receiving funds, addressing internal and external queries, and providing additional support as required.

This role is based in a vibrant community environment where the Health & Wellness administration team collaborates closely with allied health, therapy, and care teams within the growing services.

About You

We are looking for individuals who embody exceptional customer service skills, excellent organisational abilities, a bright and friendly disposition, and a warm telephone manner. You will establish and maintain positive working relationships with all staff, clients, visitors, and associates.

You will be highly self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and possess strong computer skills. Experience using CIM, CRM, and Google Suite would be an advantage in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain a busy front reception, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  2. Develop and maintain effective client relations through regular communication and issue resolution.
  3. Manage bookings and Allied Health clinician schedules efficiently and effectively.
  4. Receive and process funds accurately and promptly.
  5. Address internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner.
