About the Role

This is a Senior Product Designer position at Crypto, a leading company in the AU market. The role involves driving and leading design in our Main App Division, working closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to design, test, and improve our product lines.

You will have the opportunity to work on complex design challenges, transform customer insights into innovative concepts, and lead the end-to-end resolution of design challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition from concept to development and final product release.
  • Contribute to the definition and evolution of our product roadmap, shaping the direction of our offerings.
  • Foster collaboration among designers, elevating the overall design standard and continuously enhancing our design processes, principles, and tooling.
  • Mentor and guide other designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented design team.

Requirements

  • Expert-level experience in crafting intuitive and engaging consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile platforms.
  • Strong command of visual design principles, ensuring designs meet and exceed aesthetic and functional expectations.
  • Excellent written communication skills, enabling clear articulation of design rationale and strategy.
  • Proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma and prototyping tools.
  • Deep dedication to fostering a collaborative and open-minded culture.
