We're seeking an experienced Education Technology Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team at Compass Education. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional client experiences through seamless onboarding and implementation processes.

 

About the Role:
  • You will collaborate closely with new clients to understand their unique needs, ensuring a tailored approach to onboarding that sets them up for success.
  • Utilizing your technical expertise, project management skills, and personalized support, you will guide clients through the Compass platform, configuring accounts, customizing settings, and managing data migration to meet their specific requirements.
  • Your strong relationship-building abilities will enable you to develop lasting connections with clients, addressing their concerns and providing proactive solutions throughout the onboarding process.
  • With a keen eye for detail, you will identify and escalate technical issues, coordinating timely and efficient resolutions while keeping clients informed of interim solutions where necessary.
  • You will also prepare clients for go-live, finalizing system configurations and ensuring readiness for a smooth transition to the Support and Customer Success teams.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in client onboarding or customer success, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector, with a proven ability to manage project timelines and meet key milestones.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of software configuration, data migration, and troubleshooting, with proficiency in tools like Monday.com, Clustdoc, and/or ZohoDesk for client tracking and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in every aspect of work, aligning with our high standards of quality service.
