Your Role:
As a retirement research professional, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining sophisticated models to assess retirement outcomes for members. You will draw on retirement modelling output and data analysis to undertake research and drive retirement innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop advanced models to predict retirement outcomes.
- Conduct data analysis to inform retirement strategy.
- Communicate complex findings to internal stakeholders.
- Evolve retirement metrics and expand the Retirement Dashboard with leading indicators.
About You:
We are looking for a highly skilled individual with tertiary qualifications in finance, statistical, actuarial or business-related disciplines. You will require 10 years+ experience in advanced financial, statistical, actuarial or equivalent business-related quantitative analyses, along with deep technical knowledge and experience relating to retirement.
Required Skills:
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
- Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g. Python, R, SQL, Excel).
- Ability to identify and correct materially incorrect data.
