This hybrid position is based in Melbourne and offers flexible work arrangements. As part of our team, you'll help move talent across the globe and reshape the way businesses manage and support their international and domestic workforces.
Your Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement & Advisory: Build and nurture client relationships while providing holistic advice on assignment policy principles to enhance global mobility programs.
- Program Leadership & Delivery: Lead both on-shore and off-shore teams to manage and improve the delivery of mobility services, ensuring quality, consistency, and strategic value.
- Risk & Project Management: Oversee mobility advisory projects and proactively identify and manage business risks across social security, employment taxes, payroll, immigration, and tax compliance.
- Mobility Program Leadership: Brings extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services.
- Client & Communication Excellence: Demonstrates strong client relationship management, especially with executive-level assignees, and excels in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication to engage effectively with clients and teams.
- Strategic Agility & Commercial Awareness: Combines strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries with a flexible, enthusiastic approach to work, including the ability to deliver under pressure and showcase solutions.
