Job Overview:

We are seeking a UX Designer to join our agile team. As a key member, you will lead workshops and interviews with senior corporate clients and start-up founders to drive innovation.

  • Rapid concepting and interaction design for short-term and long-term goals.
  • Overall experience design for seamless user journeys.
  • Documentation of scenarios and UX flows through rigorous analysis and research.
  • Testing of concepts and flows with stakeholders to validate solutions.
  • Creating world-class products and experiences that meet business objectives.
  • Gathering business requirements, market research, and user needs to inform design decisions.
  • Conducting qualitative and quantitative user research to ensure data-driven design.
  • Leading interdisciplinary teams and mentoring junior members to develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure product understanding and align on project goals.

Partner with clients to facilitate workshops and foster collaboration.

Drive innovation by understanding businesses and customers, and developing targeted solutions.

Develop digital strategy and content strategy to enhance the user experience.

Execute user testing and research studies to validate design solutions.

Communicate effectively with executive team members to align on priorities.

Deliver iteratively and work at pace to meet project deadlines.
