About the Role

The Welfare Worker is a vital team member, delivering high-quality care in a dynamic clinical environment. They manage daily tasks with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

As a welfare worker, you will be qualified and experienced in working with individuals, families, and groups to ensure they attain and maintain social inclusion.

We seek someone who:

  • possesses a minimum qualification of Certificate IV in Community Services (CHC42015)
  • can communicate effectively with a wide range of people
  • is open-minded and able to tolerate different perspectives
  • has skills in planning and organizing
  • is self-motivated and capable of taking initiative
  • takes responsibility for their actions
  • is stress-resilient and able to manage conflict
  • is committed to human rights and social justice
