We are seeking a detail-driven specialist to join our Quality team. This permanent full-time role will play a critical part in safeguarding children, ensuring compliance, and supporting services to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Job Description

This role involves:

  • Conducting compliance assessments across campuses, supporting services to meet or exceed national standards.
  • Leading and supporting investigations into incidents, complaints, and reportable conduct matters.
  • Providing expert advice on child safety, compliance, and quality practices while fostering a supportive approach with campus teams.
  • Embedding Child Safe Standards and driving continuous improvement through coaching, training, and professional practice support.
  • Managing time between campus visits and reporting, analysis, and follow-up actions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in early childhood education, ideally in a leadership or compliance role.
  • A strong understanding of national regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive investigations with empathy and integrity.
  • A collaborative style – focused on supporting and empowering services to succeed.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage fieldwork and reporting effectively.
