si=V87wpG09Yo97Xjd0About the Director RoleAs a Director, you will work alongside a progressive and transformational Board to provide strategic oversight, ensure strong governance, and champion innovation.
You will contribute to the delivery of our new strategic plan and have the opportunity to progress to Chair or Deputy Chair, supported by a mentor.In this role, you will:Apply Intereach's values and fundamentals in Board decision-makingWork collaboratively with Co-CEOs, the Executive, and fellow Directors to set and progress strategic directionProvide strategic expertise in aged care, disability, children's services, or similar sectorsOversee risk management, governance, and budget monitoringInfluence and develop policy to strengthen community outcomesA generous salary package will be offered to the successful candidate.What You Will BringPrevious experience as a Board Director, Chair, or Deputy ChairStrong strategic thinking, governance, and leadership skillsA strong connection to regional and rural communities in AustraliaSector expertise in aged care, disability, or children's servicesLived experience in community services, healthcare, or education sectorsDiversity & InclusionWe value and welcome diversity.
