Job Title: Clinical Care Specialist

We are seeking a clinical care specialist to join our dedicated teams in regional New South Wales and Queensland.

  • Killean residential aged care facility – Inverell, NSW
  • Apex Road residential aged care facility – Gunnedah, NSW
  • Yallambee residential aged care facility – Millmerran, QLD
About the Role

The successful applicant will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our elderly residents. They will bring clinical expertise, compassion, and leadership to our multidisciplinary team, while supporting and supervising Enrolled Nurses and Care Service Employees.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months' experience in aged care since registration as a Registered Nurse, with demonstrated clinical knowledge and understanding of aged care legislation. They should also have a solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes.

  • Essential:
    • A minimum of 12 months' experience in aged care since registration as a Registered Nurse.
    • Demonstrated clinical knowledge and understanding of aged care legislation.
    • Solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes.
    • High-level analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
    • An ethical and empathetic approach to care.
    • A team-oriented individual with a strong commitment to our values.
    • Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster (AM, PM, nights).
    • A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in residential aged care, providing holistic, relationship-based support to older people.
    • Knowledge of age-related health issues.
    • Leadership and team coordination skills.
    • A caring nature and strong interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of aged care standards, compliance, and relevant legislation.
