Job Title: Clinical Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Care Specialist to join our residential aged care home. As a member of our dedicated care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing clinical care to residents with an individualized, person-centered approach.

Reporting directly to the Care Manager, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care services. Your strong clinical knowledge, coaching/training skills, and effective communication abilities will enable you to provide exceptional support to both residents and colleagues alike.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents in accordance with best practice procedures.
  • Act as a Team Leader, guiding and supervising personal care team members to achieve optimal care outcomes.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all policies and procedures, protecting yourself, your colleagues, and residents from harm.

Requirements:
  • A current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
  • Strong understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach/train staff effectively and resolve conflicts using emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent IT skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Compassionate attitude, with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly.
