Support Clinician Role

Join a vibrant and dedicated team at Inverell Community Health to provide comprehensive support to individuals with dementia.

This is a permanent part-time position (20 hours per week) that offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those affected by dementia.

Remuneration: $51.09 per hour + Super + Salary Packaging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise a Clinic for Dementia and Aged Care alongside a Rehabilitation Specialist
  • Provide vital support through home visits
  • Contribute to person- and family-centred care within a multidisciplinary team
About You / Qualifications:
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Proven clinical experience in dementia, delirium, or aged care case management
  • Excellent communication, assessment, and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Genuine interest in dementia care and supporting carers and community teams; culturally aware and empathetic
