About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Insurance Loss Adjustor to join our team. This full-time position involves ensuring that vehicles are restored to their pre-accident condition through meticulous assessments and accurate estimations. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders and a strong understanding of automotive repair processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and partners.
- Prepare precise quotes for vehicle repairs in a timely manner, adhering to industry standards and company protocols.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles upon arrival, documenting necessary details for accurate processing.
- Manage parts procurement to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers to authorize additional work as needed.
- Assist in production management within the repair facility.
- Ensure that all repairs meet quality standards and restore vehicles to their original condition.
- Facilitate the handover of completed repairs to clients.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, particularly in the automotive repair sector.
- Familiarity with estimating software, with AudaNet experience being highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication abilities.
- Proficient computer skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a supportive team environment, ongoing training, and opportunities for career advancement. Competitive salaries range from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience, with potential for performance bonuses.
Role Requirements:
- Availability to work weekdays and Saturdays.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.
