Join a prominent Superannuation organization as a Claims Consultant. In this role, you will oversee the proactive administration of a portfolio of life insurance claims for valued members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze pertinent information to devise suitable claims strategies and accurately assess benefit entitlements, ensuring timely payment of legitimate claims in line with policy stipulations.
  • Manage a portfolio of claims cases, including the preparation of necessary documentation, meticulous record-keeping, and execution of agreed-upon actions.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by proactively engaging with clients and customers regarding claims management and initiating support options when necessary.
  • Foster relationships with clients and partner stakeholders (such as advisers, trustees, and fund administrators) while overseeing service delivery and quality assurance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable claims management position within the Superannuation or Insurance sector.
  • Proven ability to establish rapport and empathy with clients during challenging circumstances, coupled with a dedication to providing high-quality, proactive customer service.
  • Strong time management and prioritization capabilities.
  • Exemplary analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Health, or Allied Health are advantageous.
