Position Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Insurance Loss Adjustor/Estimator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring that vehicles are accurately assessed and returned to their pre-accident condition. The position is full-time and involves working across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and partners.
- Provide precise and timely quotes for vehicle repairs, adhering to industry standards and company protocols.
- Conduct vehicle inspections, including mapping and imaging, both on-site and remotely.
- Manage parts procurement to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with suppliers to authorize additional work promptly.
- Assist in production management as needed.
- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards before handing over to customers.
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, particularly in preparing estimates within the automotive repair industry.
- Familiarity with AudaNet is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service abilities with a focus on building relationships.
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in computer systems; experience with Excel is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Committed to maintaining a safe working environment.
