Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will source, appraise, and manage high-value business listings, conduct detailed business valuations, and prepare professional information memoranda.

Negotiating and closing transactions with vendors, buyers, and advisors is also crucial, as well as managing the end-to-end sales process from listing to settlement.

To succeed in this role, you will build and maintain strong networks to generate ongoing deal flow. Additionally, mentoring junior professionals and contributing to the firm's growth strategy is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A current business broking or real estate licence is mandatory. A strong track record of closed transactions and revenue generation, excellent financial acumen, and business analysis skills are required for this role.
