We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Administrator. This part-time role is based at our Springvale site in Victoria, Australia.
Main Responsibilities:- Champion a safety-first culture within the factory to pursue a zero-harm environment.
- Handle operations of tile products for interlocking concrete roof tiles and their materials.
- Receive deliveries from suppliers and prepare outgoing orders for customers.
- Manage logistics, including processing SAP transactions for stock and truck movements.
- Assist with monthly stock takes.
- Liaise with the transport hub.
- Manage the mobile dock and time slotting system.
- Coordinate warehouse activities to maintain a clean, safe, and accessible inventory.
