Head of Training and Certification

Amazon is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Training and Certification team in Australia and New Zealand. As Head of Training and Certification, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive training strategy that drives customer adoption and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and own executive relationships with top AWS customers to drive their long-term learning and development agendas.
- Work closely with the Account and Partner Teams to identify, plan, and deliver Training and Certification Programs for AWS Partner and Customer Audiences.
- Collaborate across teams within AWS to establish local programs that deliver downstream impact for the customer and AWS.
- Coach and manage a team of Business Development Managers, setting team and individual goals and revenue plans.
- Maintain a strong relationship with customers to ensure flawless execution of training plans.
- Work closely with the AWS country leadership to help plan and execute a comprehensive AWS digital skills development framework across ANZ.
- 10+ years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures.
