We are seeking an exceptional and highly organised professional to fill the position of Team Coordinator.

About the Job:

  • Provide executive support to senior management, including scheduling, coordination, and communication.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective relationships and service delivery.
  • Prepare high-quality documentation, presentations, and reports for executives and senior management.
  • Manage expenses, leave, and other administrative tasks for senior managers.
  • Assist with projects, events, and meetings, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated experience in supporting individual managers and/or a management team.
  • Strong organisation, communication, and time management skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office capability.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
