About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic service operations manager to lead our customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of service specialists, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and technical knowledge sharing.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and professional development.
- Develop, implement, and review customer service policies, programs, and procedures to enhance the customer experience and align with business goals.
- Analyze performance metrics to improve operational efficiency, call handling times, first-contact resolution, and service quality.
- At least 1+ years of experience in customer service management or team leadership, preferably in a technical industry.
- Proven Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
- Experience in developing and implementing customer service procedures, SLAs, and performance metrics.
