Health Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a full-time Health Service Delivery Manager for our defence health services team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective health services to Eligible Personnel and entitled civilians in accordance with professional standards and legislation, Defence Policies and Procedures.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of those in need. As a Health Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the provision of defence health services on a RAAF base, enjoying no weekend work and Serco benefits.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of high-quality health services to meet the needs of Eligible Personnel and entitled civilians.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Defence standards and legislation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • A Diploma in Practice Management or a Minimum of 2 years full-time (or part-time equivalent) experience as a Practice Manager within the last 5 years.
  • Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation.
