Job SummaryThis role will focus on system configurations, service integrations, and testing of software deployed at Amazon installations globally. You will drive robotics fleet retrofit projects to enhance performance, reliability, and safety. Your primary responsibility will be new site launches, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of multiple robotics implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects ensuring program goals are met.
- Capturing Voice of the Customer (VOC) data and sharing success stories during lessons learned workshops.
- Creation and maintenance of problem resolution procedures and identification of new tools to support existing solutions.
- Leveraging guides, task lists, and configuration processes to deploy software worldwide.
- Maintaining queues and responding to issues within defined SLAs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of Process improvement methodology (Six Sigma, TQM, Kai-zen, Lean manufacturing).
- Experience with AWS services (S3, EC2, SNS, SQS).
- Linux knowledge (RHEL, Ubuntu).
- Able to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
You can expect a competitive salary of approximately $110,000 per year, considering the location and industry standards. We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
