Automation Specialist for Federal Government Department

Experience the excitement of driving automation initiatives in a leading Federal Government department. As an Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and delivering innovative solutions using UiPath.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and Develop RPA Solutions: Create efficient Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath to streamline business processes.
- Analyse Business Processes: Identify areas with potential for automation and recommend effective solutions to improve performance.
- Maintain and Optimise Existing Workflows: Ensure existing RPA workflows operate at optimal levels, continuously improving their performance and value to the business.
- Document Development Processes: Accurately document development processes, workflows, and technical specifications for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Minimum 5 Years of Software Development Experience: Proven expertise in software development is essential for this role.
- At Least 3 Years of RPA Development Experience: A strong background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development is required.
- Coaching and Mentoring Skills: Ability to coach and mentor staff on the use of RPA tools is necessary for success in this position.
- Strong Understanding of RPA Technologies and Best Practices: A solid understanding of RPA technologies and best practices is crucial for delivering high-quality results.
- Previous Experience with UiPath or Similar Tools: Familiarity with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is highly valued.
