We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Robotics Technical Support Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team in Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for providing remote technical support via tickets, phone, and chat mediums to customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deep-dive into complex technical issues, analyze, mitigate or resolve them efficiently
  • Collaborate with development/software teams to navigate complex situations and create viable solutions for customers
  • Engage with high severity incidents around Amazon's Product Fulfilment & Sortation facilities
  • Manage high severity calls, communicating and troubleshooting directly with customers

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, working a 5-day week, with one day over the weekend to ensure critical 24-hour global support coverage. We offer a competitive salary of AU$85,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a robust internal training program and opportunities for career growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging systems, services, or platforms
  • Networking knowledge, Unix knowledge, SQL knowledge
  • Ability to read and write automation scripts, explain technical details in a way that is equally understood by technical and non-technical audiences
