Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist Position

The Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive neuropsychological assessments and developing intervention strategies for Aboriginal individuals (18+) who have acquired brain injuries, neurodevelopmental disorders, and/or neurocognitive disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct diagnostic neuropsychological assessments and provide recommendations for clients, their families, and other care providers.
- Develop and implement behavioral interventions plans tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate with mental health clinicians to provide professional development and clinical education.
- Adjust communication of neuropsychological assessments for multiple audiences, including those with limited literacy and English language skills.
- Integrate Aboriginal values and cultural sensitivities into clinical practice.
- Master's degree or higher in Clinical Neuropsychology with full registration with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and Clinical Neuropsychology Endorsement.
- Demonstrated experience in diagnostic neuropsychological assessments, case formulation, and behavioral interventions planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Awareness of Aboriginal culture, knowledge of cultural sensitivities, and current issues affecting Aboriginal people.
