**Career Opportunity:**
Central Australian Aboriginal Congress Aboriginal Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist to join our team.
**About the Role:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting neuropsychological assessments and providing intervention strategies for Aboriginal people who have acquired brain injuries, neurodevelopmental disorders, and/or neurocognitive disorders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct diagnostic neuropsychological assessments and develop behavioral interventions plans
- Provide neuropsychological report writing and develop recommendations for clients, their families, and other care providers
- Adjust communication of neuropsychological assessments for multiple audiences, including people with limited literacy and English language skills
- Contribute to professional development and clinical education for mental health clinicians
**Requirements:**
- Master's degree or higher in Clinical Neuropsychology with full registration with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and with Clinical Neuropsychology Endorsement
- Demonstrated experience in diagnostic neuropsychological assessments, case formulation, and behavioral interventions planning
- Demonstrated experience in neuropsychological report writing and developing appropriate recommendations for clients, their families, and other care providers
- Demonstrated experience in adjusting communication of neuropsychological assessments for multiple audiences
- Awareness of Aboriginal culture within Australia's history, knowledge of cultural sensitivities, and current issues affecting the lives of Aboriginal people
