Senior Care Manager Position

This is a key leadership role in our residential and retirement living provider, offering high-quality aged care accommodation and support services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the aged care facility.
  • Lead and develop staff to excel by providing guidance and support.
  • Hold full responsibility for managing costs, overseeing the roster, and driving business growth.
  • Raise operational standards to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • BUILD strong relationships with external stakeholders and the community.
  • Deliver exceptional clinical and customer service.
Requirements:
  • AHPRA registration as a registered nurse.
  • Proven experience in residential care management.
  • Strong change management and continuous improvement skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for improving care and services for older adults.
  • Proof of current flu vaccination status.
  • National Police Certificate or willingness to undergo a Criminal Clearance Check.
  • Right to work in Australia.
