Key Leadership Role in Residential Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Care Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership position that requires strong operational management skills, staff empowerment, financial management, and sustainability.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Operational Management of the Aged Care Facility

  • Clinical and Customer Service Delivery

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Residential Care Manager Experience
  • Passion for Change Management and Continuous Improvement
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Contribute to Organisational Improvement
  • Current Flu Vaccination Status
  • National Police Certificate or Willingness to Undergo a Clearance Check
  • Right to Work in Australia
