About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our major project in Tamworth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering the project within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints
  • Implement robust project management methodologies to maintain and enhance project quality
  • Champion and exceed safety protocols and standards across all project activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Analyse project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in project management methodologies and best practices. You should have a bachelor's and/or master's degree in construction management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, demonstrating successful project delivery within the new built environment in Australia
  • Strong background in project management methodologies and best practices
  • In-depth understanding of quality management processes

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
