About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team in Tamworth. As an integral part of our Commercial leadership team, you will provide end-to-end subcontractor contract administration across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage head and subcontracts on government building projects, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Lead subcontractor/trade administration on medium to large built-form projects, driving successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective management plans, leveraging risk and opportunity analysis.
  • Prepare and review subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and process progress claims and variations, maintaining strong relationships with clients and consultants.
  • Provide cost and project reporting, utilizing CHEOPS and Aconex, and participate in training programs as needed.
About You

We are looking for a professional with a senior and mid-level construction/building contract/commercial management skill set, with experience in managing head and subcontracts on government building projects.

Requirements:

  • Industry-relevant degree qualification and familiarity with Contract Law principles and construction-specific Acts, codes, and regulations.
  • Confident and collaborative communicator, self-motivated, and able to drive autonomous outcomes and decisions.
  • Process and system appreciative, with a strong understanding of construction practices and sequencing methodologies.
