We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our major regional project in Tamworth. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling resources and operations to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the site project team to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure project momentum and coordinate daily site activities
  • Advocate and empower high-performing safety and quality expectations across the site project team and subcontractors
  • Assist with high-level design, site-specific planning, and construction programming issues
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a senior track record of successfully managing/supervising large/major building projects. You will have industry-relevant trade qualifications, demonstrated leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills. You will also be willing to relocate to Tamworth for the duration of the project.

The Project

The project involves the construction of a poultry processing plant consisting of circa 38,936m2 of gross floor area, providing storage, processing, chilling, cold store, and distribution facilities. The project also includes the construction of a 1,600m2 workshop and store building, 3,791m2 of ancillary administration and staff amenities, an expanded wastewater treatment plant, and a new access driveway and staff car parking area.
