Senior Project Manager for Major Tamworth Project

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our latest major project in Tamworth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering the project within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints
- Implement robust project management methodologies to maintain and enhance project quality
- Champion and exceed safety protocols and standards across all project activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Analyse project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence
About You:
- A bachelor's and/or master's degree in construction management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, demonstrating successful project delivery within the new built environment in Australia
- Strong background in project management methodologies and best practices
- In-depth understanding of quality management processes
- A commitment to maintaining and improving safety standards in project environments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
