Digital Marketing Specialist Job Description

The role of Digital Marketing Specialist is a key opportunity to leverage expertise in email, web and digital channels within a professional services environment.

This position requires a skilled individual who can take ownership across multiple platforms, planning, building and executing campaigns that drive results. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and updating website content, monitoring SEO and analytics, posting and scheduling content across social media channels, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Email campaign planning, execution and optimization using marketing automation software
  • Website content management and updates, ensuring consistency and accuracy
  • SEO and analytics monitoring, providing actionable insights to inform strategy
  • Social media content creation and scheduling, engaging with target audiences
  • Troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with external partners as needed

Successful applicants will possess strong skills in marketing automation software, particularly Marketo, as well as confidence in CMS platforms, SEO and analytics. Knowledge of UX/UI principles and basic HTML/CSS is also essential. A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital or a related field is required, along with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach.
