Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at SA Health. As a key member of our Corporate and Infrastructure Division, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing best practice workforce management processes and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workforce Planning and Analysis
    • Provide expert input into the development and implementation of workforce management processes and initiatives.
    • Support the analysis of workforce statistics and key performance indicators.
  • Talent Development and Recruitment
    • Develop and review successful recruitment practices for all vacancies within the division.
    • Support the development of an integrated team approach and culture.
  • Strategic Engagement and Partnerships
    • Proactively engage with strategic stakeholders within SA Health, government agencies, and external service providers.
    • Support the development of an integrated team approach and culture.
  • Capacity Management and Resource Planning
    • Support the PCC Team in providing a centralized function for resource planning and capacity management.
Requirements
  • Qualifications and Experience
    • Relevant qualifications in human resources, organizational development, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in workforce management, talent development, and strategic engagement.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
    • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
