Employment Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic professional to support individuals with injuries, illnesses or disabilities to become work-ready and find suitable employment.

In this role, you will source employment opportunities, help job seekers identify their skills and abilities, deliver exceptional customer service, and increase job seekers' capacity for employment through training and support services.

You will create and implement joint career plans with job seekers to support a clear pathway to employment, build relationships with local employers and community organisations, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve outstanding results.

Key Requirements

  • A current driver's license and a comprehensively insured vehicle are required.
  • You must be willing to undergo a Criminal History Check and a Working with Children Check.
