Key Responsibilities:

- Provide job placement services within the WorkSafe scheme, helping injured clients find new employment
- Assist clients in their journey back to work, building a better future
- Market clients' skills to meet employers' needs
- Communicate closely with insurance companies, medical practitioners, employers, and employees

Requirements:

- Solid understanding of the labour market and ability to identify vocational options
- Passion to engage and motivate injured clients, helping them return to work with confidence
- Strong communication skills and confidence in liaising with stakeholders
- Flexibility to travel in Western region

Who We're Looking For:
You're a Rehabilitation Counsellor (accredited with ASORC), Psychologist or Osteopath (with current AHPRA registration), or have significant experience in Occupational Rehabilitation and Job Placement Services, with a drive to make a difference.
