Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate and efficient responses to internal & external customers
- Resolve escalated enquiries and accurately record and refer unsolved issues

- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain confidentiality
- Analyse problems and exercise sound judgement
- Employ effective questioning techniques to establish and resolve customers' needs
- Exercise good judgement to effectively deal with challenging situations and take appropriate action

Requirements

- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service to diverse audiences
- Ability to provide accurate and timely advice to customers via multiple channels
- Proficient computer literacy skills, including data entry and a solid understanding of MS Office
- Commitment to professional and personal development and on the job training
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines.
- Confident in handling walk-in customers with a friendly welcoming approach
