
Sales and Business Development Executive

This role is focused on developing and executing a territory business strategy to achieve annual sales targets. Territory expansion will be driven by identifying and pursuing new Managed Services opportunities leveraging industry, customer, and supplier contacts.
- Lead customer meetings and discovery sessions to uncover Managed Service needs, aligning solutions with client business drivers.
- Influence change in customers' IT Operations Management (ITOM) strategy to drive opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and supplier stakeholders, and engage confidently with C-suite, IT, and Board executives.
Core competencies include extensive proven sales experience in annuity services sales within medium to large organisations, managing complex high-value deals, understanding managed services contracts, SLAs, tools, processes, and stakeholder needs when delivering managed services. Developing professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry leaders is also critical.
Skillset Requirements- Proven sales track record in annuity services sales for medium to large organisations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building professional relationships.
- Ability to manage complex high-value deals and understand managed services contracts.
- Familiarity with IT Operations Management (ITOM) and ability to influence change.
