Project Lead

As a member of our team, the Project Lead is responsible for overseeing project delivery to meet agreed-upon deliverables, timeframes, and allocated resources. The lead must follow established project methodology and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing responsibility, contribution to, and compliance with project methodology in liaison with line managers;
  • Contribution to ongoing improvement cycles of implementation processes, ensuring alignment with global best practices and utilization of clear standards and templates;
  • Ensure successful project implementation by leading a team of associates, providing leadership, and serving as primary project-level liaison for clients;
  • Identify effective allocation of resources and tools required for the project in compliance with project requirements;
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the project to ensure successful delivery of scope, timelines, and budget;
  • Create and execute project work plans, revising as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements;
  • Assess and manage issues and risks, applying appropriate mitigation strategies as needed;
  • Communicate relevant project status updates effectively to line managers and resource managers;
  • Facilitate communication with client stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions, focusing on enhancing client relationships and satisfaction;
  • Track team hours and approve accordingly through project management tools to ensure proper utilization;
  • Contribute to individual assessments for project team members during performance reviews;
  • Perform other related duties as assigned;
  • Assist in working with sales, application support, implementation, relationship management, and service delivery teams to determine quotation estimates for future projects;
  • Coordinate and/or deliver solution/service specifications;
  • Prepare proposals/quotations with input from functional areas;
  • Ensure billing activities are completed and communicated to project services directors in a timely manner;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR BPO and related service industries;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the service offering and relevant templates, ensuring services meet template guidelines;
  • Adhere to guidelines set in ISAE3402 and internal quality systems;
  • Organize and manage relevant workshops with client key users and relevant associates.
