Part-Time Store Operations Leader

About Us

We are a leading retailer operating nationally for over 120 years, offering high-quality menswear and schoolwear.

The Role

You will provide part-time support to our store team, contributing to the successful daily operation of the store and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

We are seeking someone with previous leadership or supervisory experience, passionate about people, and enthusiastic about retail. The ideal candidate will be able to develop, motivate, and inspire their colleagues, while showcasing exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the store team in day-to-day operations
  • Showcase leadership behaviours to develop and motivate the team
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Support all elements of store operations, including transaction processing, visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and deliveries
