Retail Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Operations Manager to join our store team.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales growth and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) in the retail store environment.
- Motivate and lead a team of sales assistants to achieve optimal results in sales, visual merchandising, stock levels, and customer experience.
- Closely monitor store sales to identify areas of opportunity and implement strategies to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets.
- Effectively manage wage costs and adhere to company rostering standards.
- Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and knowledge, ensuring high team morale and individual development.
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to state and national occupational health and safety legislation.
- Demonstrated experience as a full-time or senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC in a retail environment.
- A motivated and driven attitude with a passion for leading and inspiring teams.
- A proven track record in driving sales growth and meeting KPIs and targets.
- Operational excellence and experience in stock control and visual merchandising.
