The role of Retail Store Operations Manager is a key position within our retail operations. It requires an experienced and results-driven professional who can effectively manage daily store activities, motivate the team to achieve optimal results, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring efficient operation of the store to achieve optimal results
- Motivating the team to achieve optimal results in sales targets and KPIs
- Closely monitoring store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets
- Effectively managing store inventory levels and minimizing stock loss
- Coaching and mentoring the team to maintain high team morale and encourage their individual development
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience as a full-time / senior casual sales assistant, supervisor or 3IC, with a motivated & driven attitude, a passion for leading & inspiring a team to succeed, and a proven track record in driving sales and meeting KPIs and targets.
