Job Title: Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to drive sales, inspire their team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for achieving sales and surplus targets, managing stock flow and pricing, and leading a passionate team of employees and volunteers.

About the Role
  • This is a permanent, full-time position located in Adelaide, SA.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead store operations and achieve sales and surplus goals.
  2. Manage stock levels, pricing, and visual merchandising according to our standards and values.
  3. Inspire, train, and develop a skilled team of employees and volunteers.
  4. Maintain accurate budgets and manage rosters and wage costs efficiently.
  5. Foster strong community connections with local groups and partners.
About You
  • You have a proven track record in retail management, including customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • You possess leadership skills and can inspire and engage people.
  • You are able to work within budgets and prioritize operational tasks effectively.
  • You have experience using Workday HCM system or similar platforms.
