Key Job Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our flagship store. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Manager to drive the success of our clothing and lifestyle brand.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Train and lead all team members in product knowledge, store presentation, and customer service to company standards.
  • Retail Operations: Strategically manage in-store retail operations, including rosters, housekeeping, budgeting, setting team and individual KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, inventory management.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding, consistent, and passionate customer service by always going above and beyond.
  • Inventory Management: Work closely with head office to manage and maintain inventory levels.
  • Loss Prevention: Manage loss prevention strategies and implement effective measures to minimize losses.
  • Sales Performance: Drive sales and lead your team to achieve weekly, monthly, and seasonal budgets, KPIs, and goals.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure immaculate visual merchandising and store presentation that aligns with company values.
  • Problem Solving: Develop problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address any challenges that may arise.
  • Sales Reporting: Analyze sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide regular feedback to the team.
Requirements
  • Proven retail management experience (minimum 3 years).
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Able to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Experience with managing a weekly or monthly roster.
  • Enthusiastic and a desire to learn.
  • Strong leadership and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Align with company values.
  • Visual merchandising skills.
  • Lovely fashion sense and an energetic approach to inspire and lead the team.
  • Commercially conscious mind and invested interest in the success of the business.
  • Double Covid Vaccination required.
