We are a leading provider of NDIS services, supporting over 10,000 participants every year with quality care.

About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Therapist to join our team in Katoomba and the Lower Blue Mountains region. As a Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
  • Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions.
  • Offer support and advice on environmental adaptations, including home, school, work, and residential facilities.
  • Recommend technology to promote independence.
Requirements
  • Current registration with relevant professional body as a Therapist.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas.
  • Passion for working in the disability sector.
