You are looking for a challenging role as a Part Time or Full Time Senior Receptionist at Katoomba Medical Practice.
Part Time or Full Time Senior ReceptionistKey Responsibilities:- Providing excellent customer service to patients, including welcoming them into the Centre and scheduling appointments.
- Managing a busy front desk reception, answering telephone calls and enquiries, and performing general administrative duties.
- Supporting doctors and medical staff with day-to-day operations, and assisting the Practice Manager with tasks as needed.
- Maintaining compliance with organisational policies and procedures, and fostering professional working relationships with team members and patients.
- Has previous experience in a leadership role within a customer service environment.
- Is able to work well under pressure and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Is proficient in computer skills, particularly Pracsoft/MedTech, and has strong time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Is detail orientated and able to meet deadlines.
