We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable and Receivable Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to take on the responsibility of managing accounts payable and receivable processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial records are up to date.
- Accurately prepare and allocate costs to the appropriate G/L accounts, job codes and maintaining financial clarity across the organization.
- Prepare EFT payment runs, ensuring all transactions are properly authorized and executed.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting tasks.
- Completion and lodgement of BAS.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, addressing queries and ensuring timely payments.

Required Skills and Qualifications- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in the Civil industry will be highly regarded.
- The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position.
- Accounting or Bookkeeping qualification an advantage.
