Client Service Specialist

We are a boutique wealth management firm with an institutional edge, providing clients with the best of both worlds.

Our advice team is highly regarded in the industry, boasting deep relationships with global asset managers and investment banks.

As a Client Services Associate, you will gain exposure to all aspects of our business, working closely with our Portfolio Analyst team and liaising with third-party advisors.

  • Booking client meetings and scheduling investment reviews
  • Liaising with accountants, lawyers, or consultants
  • Working on trade placement, follow-up, and settlement
  • Managing cash transfers and regular payments
  • Onboarding new clients and contributing to an excellent service experience
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to inbound client requests and resolving these with urgency
  • Designing, implementing, and improving client service processes
  • Collaborating with Senior Advisers/Partners within the advice process
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar wholesale/HNW investment environment
  • A genuine motivation to learn and grow within this industry
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficiency across the Microsoft product suite
  • Experience with investment and banking platforms

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be able to work under pressure, and have excellent communication skills.
